Cancellation
Customer Cancellation
i. As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you placed. You may choose to cancel your order only before 12pm the previous day from your booked timeslot to get a 100% refund. Cancellation made after 12pm of the previous day from your booked time slot will not be eligible for any refund. However, subject to your previous cancellation history, The Wedding Biryani (By Naz Food Concepts LLP) reserves the right to deny any refund to you pursuant to a cancellation initiated by you even if the same is before 8 hours from your ordered time slot.
ii. If you cancel your order after passing that time then The Wedding Biryani reserves the right to charge you 100% order amount as the cancellation fee, with a right to either not to refund the order value in case your order is prepaid or recover from your subsequent order in case your order is postpaid.
Non-Customer Cancellation
i. The Wedding Biryani reserves the right to charge you cancellation fee for the orders constrained to be cancelled by The Wedding Biryani for reasons not attributable to The Wedding Biryani, including but not limited to:
a. In the event if the delivery address provided by you is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
b. If you failed to get pick calls by delivery boy or emails at the time of delivering the order booking
c. Failure to deliver your order due to less knowledge of information, direction, or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
D. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order;
E. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order. However, in the event when there us ab an item on your order being unavailable, The Wedding Biryani will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order by you and inform you of such unavailability. And in this event, you can cancel your entire order and get refund 100% of your value.
ii. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to The Wedding Biryani or the restaurant partner or delivery partners, The Wedding Biryani shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
Refunds:
i. You may be entitled to a refund for prepaid orders post deduction of cancellation fee as described in Section 1.2 above or in a manner as deemed fit by The Wedding Biryani (By Naz Food Concepts LLP) in its sole discretion. You shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event packaging of an item in an order or the complete order, is either tampered or damaged and you refuse to accept at the time of delivery.
ii. You may be entitled to get a refund of the order when delivery partner boy fails you to deliver the order to you due to a causes attributable to The Wedding Biryani, however such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by The Wedding Biryani.
Note: We do not penalize the Delivery Partner for delay, caused due to external factors
iii. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
iv. All refund amounts shall be credited in your account within 5-7 working days.
You will not be required to pay for:
You would not be required to pay for at the time of delivery if
i. Orders where packing from our side is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery
ii. Our delivery boy delivered wrong place
iii. Items are missing from your order at the time of delivery.
